We offer hybrid (minimum 2 days in office) and full-time on-site positions. Each job posting includes information on the work location and flexibility.
While we value global talent, visa sponsorship is extremely limited and typically reserved for roles that are highly specialized or difficult to fill.
We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, generous 401K contribution, a wellness program and ongoing professional development opportunities.
If you accept an offer with LCRA, the offer is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check and/or any other specific position requirements (i.e., DOT requirements).
